Josephine Serebour is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PRIMEGATE LLC, a veteran-led government operations and logistics support firm delivering compliant, mission-aligned solutions to federal, state, healthcare, and commercial clients. She provides executive oversight of corporate strategy, operational planning, contract execution, and regulatory compliance to ensure organizational performance aligns with federal acquisition standards and agency mission objectives.

Ms. Serebour has extensive experience working with the Department of Defense and other government agencies that must follow numerous rules. She is really good at making sure contracts are done right, checking that everything that’s supposed to be delivered actually is, keeping track of how well things are going, and reviewing invoices to ensure they are correct before payments are made. When it comes to leading, she believes in being open and honest, making sure everything runs smoothly, avoiding risks, and always following the rules set by the government, like the Federal Acquisition Regulation. She wants to make sure everyone is held accountable for their part of the contract.

Ms. Serebour has a strong track record of managing logistics, transportation, and supply chains, making sure everything runs smoothly and securely within government systems. She is really good at balancing the need to follow rules with the need to get things done quickly and effectively, which is crucial for important operations that require reliability, good governance, and timely results.

On top of that, she is now working towards a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership. Her research focuses on some critical areas, including ethical governance, organizational change, and what makes a leader effective.
